Mr. Fiore is a Cost Segregation Analyst located in Buffalo, NY. He has over 25 years’ experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. He was the president and operations manager of a general construction corporation where he also provided CAD design, prepared specifications, and detailed estimates.

Projects included the new construction and renovations of restaurants, office buildings, retail stores, apartment complexes, manufacturing facilities, residential new homes, and residential renovation. He was also responsible for the design and fabrication of custom casework for his customers and architectural clients.
